this is what we call a shit company. i never buy songsang (samsung) product again. their support is really sucks..
In 2 years. samsung only update crap firmware 2 times only. they never support their customer. this is the 1st time i buy samsung phone. ts a pity that Samsung pushes away customers not by phone quality but support quality. Samsung phones are the best, but support can not be worse.
One pays 600 euros (RM2600) on a phone ( as much as a pc system) and a year later you stop support. Shame on you SAMSUNG!!!!!! I have no choice but to stop buying samsung phones, you are not worth trusting!!!! Who knows when samsung will stop support for its new coming phone with winmo 7 or even Bada….. Is it worth investing in another samsung mobile phone…. SURELY NOT!!!!!! better buy iphone ,HTC & Nokia rather than this shit.
